I called the toll free number to get some information on this product. Information that was all. And the woman on the line pushed and pushed to get me to order the product. She would not take no for an answer. I finally had to hang up the phone to get her to stop. To me that is not
good customer service. If the
customer service reps get paid on commission I suggest that the company pay them different to keep people on the line. I have 15
tattoos total and I was just looking to remove one and seeing it on
television it looked too good to be true. I am glad that I got online and did some research before I wasted my
money on something that doesn't work.

If you cant call a company to ask information on their product without being hassled they can keep their product i dont want it! and to john i suggest looking for a different job because of the several hundred reviews on wrecking balm ive heard only five "good" ones and they look as if they were by the same customer.

I work for the company and we HAVE to push for the sale or we lose our job. So we dont really have a choice. And it is people like you that make our jobs harder. Every call that doesnt order penalizes us. So when we get *** like you that just want information you are potentially getting us fired. So ya. We are gonna hassle you till you order or hang up. So if you just want information, go online i dont come to your work "Just for information" So dont come bothering me.
